We have legally protected our designs and any and all copying of these will be legally addressed. Any and all Mummy Must Have or Koala Comforts designs and/or publications/written works that are copied, extracted, reproduced, manufactured or otherwise used whether for presentation, sale, profit/non-profit is in no way permitted without official permission by Mummy Must Have. Mummy Must Have will in every case where unauthorised usage, manufacturing, distributing, selling, offering or copying of designs, any and all photographic images whether photographic, digital or otherwise, or written works/publications will introduce proceedings against those parties who are found to have done so, and efforts made to recoup any and all losses and costs incurred. Mummy Must Have will not in any case accept unauthorised usage of any of their designs, works, images or any other identifying factors associated with Mummy Must Have or Koala Comforts without their official authorisation.
