Shopping with Us:

We hope you have an enjoyable experience with our website and while shopping with us. To purchase items from us, simply add them to your basket and checkout when you are ready. Payment is through Paypal, and you no longer require a Paypal account to process your payment, just a valid credit card. We currently ship within the U.K and European Union.; however if you are shopping from outside the U.K./E.U., please get in touch to enquire how much postage would be to your country.

Shipping, Delivery & Stock Levels:

Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 to U.K. addresses; prices to addresses outside the U.K. upon request. We ship using Royal Mail First Class Recorded postage; this is usually, under normal circumstances next day delivery (although it may take longer to certain remote destinations or during a postal strike). We can try to get your items to you sooner by special arrangement; please contact us in advance of placing your order to discuss your options.

We endeavour to post all orders within 24 hours Monday to Saturday although during busy periods such as Christmas or half-term holidays this may take longer. We aim to keep adequate stock levels at all times, but if we do have circumstances that result in items being out of stock, we aim to advertise this fact either on our website or by advising you promptly upon receipt of your order. ***If your order is urgent, please ensure that you order before noon and that you inform us at the time of ordering how soon you need your order; we will do our best although cannot promise exact delivery time.

RETURNS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Due to fraud protection measures, if you have purchased a MummyMustHave 'MMH' own brand item from another shop, you must return that item to the shop that you purchased it from; MummyMustHave.co.uk will under no circumstances accept a returned item that has been purchased from another shop without authorisation. You must get in touch with the shop that you purchased your item from directly to organise your return.

MummyMustHave.co.uk will NOT accept any returns that have not officially been organised through MummyMustHave.co.uk in advance. You will need to obtain a returns number, provide a full receipt and we will check all claims for returns against our customer database, to help combat fraud. We will need to know exactly who purchased the item, when the item was purchased and we require a receipt for that item(s). Please get in touch within 7 days of purchase if you wish to organise a return. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN ITEMS TO MUMMYMUSTHAVE.CO.UK WITHOUT A VALID RETURNS NUMBER.

ANY RETURNS TO MUMMYMUSTHAVE.CO.UK MUST BE SENT TO US BY ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY. ANY GOODS SENT WITHOUT A VALID RETURNS NUMBER, OR ITEMS NOT SENT BY RECORDED DELIVERY IS DONE SO AT YOUR OWN RISK AND MUMMYMUSTHAVE.CO.UK CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSABILITY FOR UNRECORDED ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT WITHOUT ANY MEANS OF TRACKING.
