Any and all Mummy Must Have or Koala Comforts designs and/or publications/written works that are copied, extracted, reproduced, manufactured or otherwise used whether for presentation, sale, profit/non-profit is in no way permitted without official permission by Mummy Must Have. Mummy Must Have will in every case where unauthorised usage, manufacturing, distributing, selling, offering or copying of designs, any and all photographic images whether photographic, digital or otherwise, or written works/publications will introduce proceedings against those parties who are found to have done so, and efforts made to recoup any and all losses and costs incurred. Mummy Must Have will not in any case accept unauthorised usage of any of their designs, works, images or any other identifying factors associated with Mummy Must Have or Koala Comforts without their official authorisation. Shopping with Us:

We hope you have an enjoyable experience with our website and while shopping with us. To purchase items from us, simply add them to your basket and checkout when you are ready. Payment is through Paypal, and you no longer require a Paypal account to process your payment, just a valid credit card. We currently ship within the U.K.; however if you are shopping from outside the U.K., please get in touch to enquire how much postage would be to your country.

Shipping, Delivery & Stock levels:

Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 to U.K. addresses; prices to addresses outside the U.K. upon request. We ship using Royal Mail First Class postage. We can try to get your items to you sooner by special arrangement; please contact us in advance of placing your order to discuss your options.

We endeavour to post all orders within 24 hours Monday to Saturday. We aim to keep adequate stock levels at all times, but if we do have circumstances that result in items being out of stock, we aim to advertise this fact either on our website or by advising you promptly upon receipt of your order.

RETURNS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

If you have purchased a MummyMustHave 'MMH' own brand item from another shop, you must return that item to the shop that you purchased it from; MummyMustHave.co.uk will under no circumstances accept a returned item that has been purchased from another shop without authorisation. You will need to get in touch with the shop directly to organise your return.

MummyMustHave.co.uk will NOT accept any returns that have not officially been organised through MummyMustHave.co.uk in advance. You will need to obtain a returns number, provide a full receipt and we will check all claims for returns against our customer database, to help combat fraud. We will need to know exactly who purchased the item, when the item was purchased and we require a receipt for that item(s). Please get in touch within 7 days of purchase if you wish to organise a return. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN ITEMS TO MUMMYMUSTHAVE.CO.UK WITHOUT A VALID RETURNS NUMBER.
